I’m originally from France. I grew up in a large family where I learned the traditional family staples early on from my mother; everything from bread, pâté, and sausage, to chocolate cake, and everything in between. Now, I call Canada home.
I believe great food comes from the heart and soul, and have a deep appreciation for the common, and daring; a love of the old, new and uncommon. Throughout my career as a chef I have worked at some of the major restaurants and catering companies throughout the lower mainland. After several years in the industry, I explored my dream to start my own company.
