My Story
I’m originally from France. I grew up in a large family where I learned the traditional family staples early on from my mother; everything from bread, pâté, and sausage, to chocolate cake, and everything in between. Now, I call Canada home.
I believe great food comes from the heart and soul, and have a deep appreciation for the common, and daring; a love of the old, new and uncommon. Throughout my career as a chef I have worked at some of the major restaurants and catering companies throughout the lower mainland. After several years in the industry, I explored my dream to start my own company.
My goal is to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. From traditional dishes to new innovative food creations, our uncompromising eye for detail and dedicated customer service will ensure your catering needs are met with the utmost care and attention.
